編輯2-乙醯氧基-5-氟苯甲酸和氯化亞碸在DMF的存在下於二氯甲烷溶劑中反應，可以得到2-乙醯氧基-5-氟苯甲醯氯。[4]它和2-氨基-5-硝基噻唑及PyBOP在一定條件下反應，生成2-羥基-5-氟-N-(5-硝基-2-噻唑氨基)苯甲醯胺。[2]
