RIPA裂解液
RIPA裂解液(英語:Radioimmunoprecipitation assay buffer,全稱放射免疫沉澱法緩衝液)是一種用於裂解細胞或組織的裂解緩衝液,常用於放射性免疫沉澱分析(RIPA)[1][2]。此緩衝液的變性性能比NP-40裂解液或曲拉通X-100裂解緩衝液更強,因為它包含離子型去垢劑SDS和脫氧膽酸鈉作為破壞核膜,提取核內物質的活性成分。RIPA緩衝液在實驗時能提供低的背景,但也會使激酶變性。
