斯拉夫人迁徙至巴尔干地区是指六世纪中叶和七世纪前期斯拉夫人遷徙至东南欧的過程。

查士丁尼大瘟疫導致東南歐人口大幅减少，這為斯拉夫人的遷徙帶來契機。另外536年至660年期間斯拉夫人又和阿瓦尔人一同與東羅馬帝國作戰，此時許多斯拉夫人在薩瓦河和多瑙河以南的前東羅馬帝國領土上定居，範圍西至亚得里亚海，東至爱琴海以及黑海。
