林志弦(1959年1月24日)是一名韓國歷史學家、作家,目前擔任西江大學跨國史教授和批判全球研究中心主任。他在大眾獨裁、「犠牲者民族主義」和法西斯主義等議題著墨甚多,有不少著作。
