鴷翠鳥類(學名:Picocoraciae)是一種演化支,包含犀鳥目(學名:Bucerotiformes,包括:犀鳥戴勝)和Picodynastornithes 演化支(包含諸如翠鳥佛法僧啄木鳥巨嘴鳥等鳥類),此分類植基於各種遺傳分析和多種形態學研究[1][2][3][4][5][6],儘管這些研究支持把佛法僧目(Coraciiformes)和鴷形目(Piciformes)在分類上列為姐妹群:Picodynastornithes[7],而透過大尺度稀疏超矩陣法,則另建議把犀鳥目和鴷形目列為姐妹群[8]
