乙酸 (医用)
乙酸（Acetic acid）又名醋酸，低浓度时称为醋，是一种可用来治疗多种疾病的酸。制成滴耳液时，可用于治疗耳道感染[2]。可以和耳芯并用[3]。用它来冲洗放置导尿管患者的导尿管和膀胱，可以防止感染或堵塞[4]。制成的凝胶，可用来调节阴道的pH值[5]。也可检查时涂在子宫颈，有助于子宫颈筛检过程中发现子宫颈癌[6]。

副作用包括可能在使用部位灼伤[7]。可能产生过敏，但较罕见[7]。不建议耳膜穿孔患者在用于耳内[8]。可以对抗引起外耳感染的细菌和真菌[8]。
自古埃及，乙酸就被用于医疗上[9] [10]。名列世界卫生组织基本药物标准清单[11]。已有学名药[3]。与已开发国家相比，在发展中国家治疗外耳感染时，乙酸的使用更为普遍[12]。
