乙酸 (醫用)
乙酸（Acetic acid）又名醋酸，低濃度時稱為醋，是一種可用來治療多種疾病的酸。製成滴耳液時，可用於治療耳道感染[2]。可以和耳芯併用[3]。用它來沖洗放置導尿管患者的導尿管和膀胱，可以防止感染或堵塞[4]。製成的凝膠，可用來調節陰道的pH值[5]。也可檢查時塗在子宮頸，有助於子宮頸篩檢過程中發現子宮頸癌[6]。

副作用包括可能在使用部位灼傷[7]。可能產生過敏，但較罕見[7]。不建議耳膜穿孔患者在用於耳內[8]。可以對抗引起外耳感染的細菌和真菌[8]。
自古埃及，乙酸就被用於醫療上[9] [10]。名列世界衛生組織基本藥物標準清單[11]。已有學名藥[3]。與已開發國家相比，在發展中國家治療外耳感染時，乙酸的使用更為普遍[12]。
