《兰开斯特之王》（英语：The King，香港译《亨利五世：新王之路》，台湾译《国王》）是一部2019年澳大利亚和美国合拍的历史剧情片，由大卫·米奇欧执导并与乔尔·埃哲顿共同编剧，该片改编自威廉·莎士比亚的“亨利史诗”的数部戏剧。其主演包括蒂莫西·沙拉梅、埃哲顿、莉莉-萝丝·戴普、西恩·哈里斯、罗伯特·帕丁森及班·曼德森。该片的主角是15世纪英格兰的新任国王哈尔，面临当下的混乱政局，他必须从中脱颖而出。

剧情
编辑在15世纪的英格兰，哈尔是一位任性的英格兰王子（威尔士亲王），他在弟弟战死与父亲（亨利四世）去世后登上了王位，这也代表着他必须在战争和宫廷内部的斗争中解套，使自己得以成长茁壮。

编辑2013年，据透露，乔尔·埃哲顿与大卫·米奇欧合作为华纳兄弟公司编写了莎士比亚戏剧《亨利四世·上与下》和《亨利五世》的改编作品[3][4][5]。2015年9月，米奇欧宣布将执导该项目，由华纳兄弟公司制作和发行，Lava Bear也将参与制作[6]。
2018年2月，蒂莫西·沙拉梅将担任主演，B计划娱乐的布拉德·皮特、蒂蒂·嘉纳、杰里米·克莱纳与丽兹·华兹则会担任监制。Netflix将代替华纳兄弟发行该片[7]。2018年3月，埃哲顿确认加入演出阵容[8]。2018年5月，其他演员陆续签约出演，包括罗伯特·帕丁森、班·曼德森、西恩·哈里斯、莉莉-萝丝·戴普、汤姆·葛林-卡尼和汤玛辛·麦肯齐，而迪恩-查尔斯·查普曼则于6月份时加入[9][10]。
