人民公仆 (政党)

人民公仆（乌克兰语：Слуга народу，罗马化：Sluha Narodu）是一个乌克兰政党，于2018年3月31日经司法部注册登记而成立[14]。该党的名称取自乌克兰电视娱乐节目制作公司“95街区”（Квартал-95）的热门电视节目《人民公仆》[1][14]。党的创始人和首任领袖为95街区的律师伊万·巴卡诺夫[1]，其后弗拉基米尔·泽连斯基接任党精神领袖一职[15]。当95街区决定成立政党时，他们表示避免其他人以愤世嫉俗的政治目的偷走人民公仆系列的名称[2]。

法律上，人民公仆党的前身为“决定性变革党”（Партія рішучих змін）[16]。
历史 编辑
在2017年12月的“拉祖姆科夫中心”民调中，人民公仆的支持率为4%[17]，接近议会选举的5%选举门槛[18][19]。2018年4月，“评分组织”的2019年国会选举民调中，人民公仆的支持率上升至9%[19]。同年6月的“评分”民调中，人民公仆更加获得10.4%受访者的支持[20]。
2018年12月尾，人民公仆宣布派出弗拉基米尔·泽连斯基参加2019年总统选举[21][22]。2019年1月的民调显示泽连斯基仍在落后，但两个月后便开始在民意调查中领先其他对手[23]。最终，泽连斯基在首轮投票中获得最多票数，与争取连任的彼得·波罗申科晋身第二轮投票[24]。
2019年4月，泽连斯基表明人民公仆将不会加入波罗申科的“团结”集团或反对派平台[25]。
同月的总统选举第二轮投票中，泽连斯基得票超过70%，成功当选新任总统。泽连斯基同时成为乌克兰在1991年引入总统直选以来，得票率最高的民选总统。[26]
2019年乌克兰议会选举中，人民公仆党赢得254个席位，成为乌克兰历史上首个在议会获得绝对多数的政党[27]。
意识形态 编辑
2019年4月的访谈中，泽连斯基表示其支持免费发放医用大麻、支持堕胎、并希望立法将卖淫和赌博合法化[28]。另一方面，泽连斯基反对持枪权合法[28]。
