哈德逊县

哈德逊县（英语：Hudson County）是美国新泽西州东北部的一个县，东隔哈德逊河与纽约市曼哈顿岛相望，南与史泰登岛相望，是纽约都会区的一部分，泽西市为其中最大的城市与县治[1]。面积162平方公里，为新泽西州最小的县，却是美国内人口密度最高的县之一。根据2010年美国人口普查，共有人口634,266人[2]，比2000年美国人口普查的608,975人[3]增加了25,291人(+4.2%)，取代孟莫斯县成为新泽西州人口第四多的县[4][5]。根据2010年的人口普查，哈德逊县人口密度为每平方英哩有13,731.4人，是美国第六高的县[6]。成立于1840年2月22日，以英国探险家亨利·哈德逊命名的哈德逊河取名[7]。

根据2010年人口普查，哈德逊县总面积为62.31平方英里（161.4平方千米），其中46.19平方英里（119.6平方千米）(74.1%)为陆地面积，而16.12平方英里（41.8平方千米）(25.9%)为水体面积[8]，为新泽西州下21个县中面积最小的县，比次小的友联县面积一半都不到[8]，亦为美国国内陆地面积第八小的县[9]。

哈德逊县位于纽约都会区的核心处，新泽西州的东北部，东临哈德逊河与上纽约湾，南扼凡库尔水道（英语：Kill van Kull），西向纽华克湾、哈肯萨克河、及帕塞伊克河，北接博根县为其为一的陆地交接处[10]。

哈德逊县最显著的地形是新泽西悬崖（英语：The Palisades (Hudson River)）。北部的地形非常陡峭，因为悬崖东面与河岸的距离非常近，不过西面则较为平缓为单面山地形。地势到了南部的半岛变逐渐低缓下来，造成平缓的海岸。哈德逊县西部地区是属于新泽西湿地（英语：New Jersey Meadowlands）一部分。县内最高点位于西纽约镇，为海拔79米[11][12]；最低点为海平面。哈德逊县濒临纽约港，其中著名的埃利斯岛与自由岛全部位于哈德逊县境内的水域，并不是位于纽约市的水域，不过自由岛为纽约州管理，而埃利斯岛则是由纽约州与新泽西州共同管理[13]。

哈德逊县邻近的行政区各为，东面纽约州纽约县与国王县，西向新泽西州艾塞克斯县与友联县，南临纽约州里士满县，北接新泽西州博根县是其为一的陆地交界。因为哈德逊县紧邻曼哈顿，所以时常被称为纽约市的第六区[14][15][16]。

哈德逊县主要位于哈肯赛克河与哈德逊河之间的细长形半岛上，当地称之为博根岬（英语：Bergen Neck）。其城市发展非常密集，没有显著的间隔，城镇之间的街道与市区常常连绵成一气，难以分辨。县道501（肯尼迪大道（英语：County Route 501 (New Jersey)））自南向北穿越整个博根岬半岛[17]。
