泽西市

美国纽泽西州的城市

泽西市或泽西城（英语：Jersey City）是美国新泽西州哈德逊郡的一个城市。根据美国2000年人口普查，泽西市拥有人口240,055人，是继纽瓦克之后，新泽西州第二大城市。它是哈德逊县的行政中心。泽西城在哈德逊河的西岸，与纽约市隔水相望，并由荷兰隧道与纽约市曼哈顿相连接，其同时也是纽约大都会区的一部分。泽西市亦是哈德逊郡的县治。[18][19]

根据2010年人口普查，泽西市拥有247,597居民，其人口增加了7,542人，即上升了3.1%。[9][25]若泽西市人口持续以这个速度增长，那么泽西市将会成为新泽西州人口最多的城市。[26]泽西市亦聘请了统计公司统计人口资料，发现2010年人口普查的统计比实际数字要少。[27][28]统计公司发现有19,000个居住单位没有被人口普查局计算。[29]

泽西市是地区教育中心，有众多的中小学校，其中天主教纽瓦克总教区在这里也运营著一批天主教学校。哈德逊县社区学院、新泽西市大学和圣彼得大学也位于此。
