奈杰尔·海伍德
奈杰尔·罗伯特·海伍德CVO（英语：Nigel Robert Haywood；1955年3月17日—）是英国外交官，2003年—2008年任驻爱沙尼亚大使，2010年—2014年任福克兰群岛总督[1][2]。

海伍德出生于东南英格兰萨里郡贝奇沃思，父亲死去后移居母亲所来自的西南英格兰康沃尔郡，当时海伍德9岁[3]。
海伍德毕业于特鲁罗学校，之后在牛津大学新学院学习英语，之后就读桑赫斯特皇家军事学院，之后回到牛津学习语言学，最后成为特许语言学家学会成员[4]。
海伍德是康沃尔语使用者，1976年成为康沃尔吟游诗集会的吟游诗人，其作为吟游诗人的名称为Morer（意为“海鹰”）[5][6]。
外交官 编辑
海伍德从桑赫斯特毕业后曾任皇家陆军教育团中尉，1983年开始担任外交职务。海伍德先在外交和联邦事务部任职，曾在爱尔兰、匈牙利、以色列、黎巴嫩工作。海伍德于1992年成为驻南非约翰内斯堡副领事，1996年前往奥地利维也纳担任驻欧洲安全与合作组织代表团副团长[4]。
海伍德于2003年—2008年任驻爱沙尼亚大使，其间与其妻出演英国广播公司系列剧《工作中的王室》，该剧记录了伊丽莎白二世女王2006年访问塔林的情形[7]。2006年10月，海伍德获得皇家维多利亚勋章[8]。担任大使5年后，海伍德成为驻伊拉克巴士拉总领事，并曾获伊拉克重建服务奖章[4]。
福克兰群岛 编辑
2009年，外交和联邦事务部宣布海伍德将于2010年10月16日就任福克兰群岛总督兼南乔治亚和南桑威奇群岛专员[2][9]。
海伍德于2012年主持了福克兰战争30周年纪念活动[10]，并在战争30周年及福克兰群岛政府决定开始钻探石油，局势愈发紧张之际，强烈批评阿根廷对福克兰群岛（马尔维纳斯群岛）主权的声索[11]。海伍德还发挥福克兰群岛智利人的影响力并促进与智利的联系[12]。
2011年，阿根廷国防部长阿图罗·普里塞利称英国将岛民当作“人质”[13]，随后暗示英国军方“是唯一支持篡夺我国领土一部分的势力”[14]。海伍德因此提议举行全民公投，以了解岛民是否愿意继续当英国人，从而“一劳永逸解决次问题”[15]。公投于2013年3月举行，99.8%的岛民投票支持福克兰群岛保持英国海外领土的地位。海伍德在公投后表示：“显然，人民享有自决权为联合国主要原则之一，如此高的投票率及如此高的支持率是人民自决权最清晰的表达[16]。”
2012年末，外交和联邦事务部宣布柯林·罗伯茨将于2014年4月接替海伍德担任总督兼专员[17]。海伍德自2015年攻读博士学位，研究福克兰贝母蝴蝶，多次重访福克兰群岛[18]。
