成文法则
英國及其他普通法司法管轄區法律術語
在英国法律中，成文法则[1]（英语：enactment）可指整部法例或法例之一部分，或指根据某项法例制定的法律文书之全部或部分。
在Wakefield Light Railways Company v Wakefield Corporation一案中，法官指出：“成文法则”与“法令”（act）涵义不同；“法令”是指整部法令，而法令的某一条或该条之一部分则须称作“成文法则”。[2]
在Rathbone v Bundock一案中，法官指出：在某些情况下，“成文法则”的涵义不仅包括法规（statute），还包括法定文书；在《1960年道路交通法令》中则未必如此，例如该法令第269条及附表18就对“成文法则”与“法定文书”有所区分。[3]
香港《释义及通则条例》第3条则订明，“成文法则（enactment）的涵义与条例的涵义相同”。[1]
