蒂姆·雷恩斯

老蒂莫西·雷恩斯（英语：Timothy Raines Sr.，1959年9月16日—），绰号“Rock”，[1]为美国职棒大联盟的左外野手，生涯曾效力过博览会、白袜、扬基、运动家、金莺与马林鱼等队。[2][3][4]2013年，雷恩斯在蓝鸟队担任跑垒指导员。[5]2017年，他成功入选名人堂。

雷恩斯生涯入选7次明星赛，4次盗垒王与1次打击王。雷恩斯的打击技巧和选球十分出色，使他一直保持着很不错的上垒率。虽然同时期的韩德森是更为知名的盗垒专家，但雷恩斯同样以超高的盗垒成功率闻名，他生涯以84.7%的成功率跑出808次盗垒成功（史上第五高）：自从大联盟官方开始记录盗垒失败以来，所有进行至少500次盗垒尝试的人里面，雷恩斯拥有最高的盗垒成功率。综合这些因素，雷恩斯也被认为是大联盟史上最杰出的首棒打者与跑者之一。

1977年大联盟选秀，博览会在第五轮选进雷恩斯。[6]1979年，他以代跑身份上场6场比赛。1980年，他短暂担任几场二垒手，其余时间都担任外野手。1981年，尽管赛季因为罢工而缩减，雷恩斯依旧缴出3成04的打击率，并上演71次盗垒成功，[7]拿下国联盗垒王。[8]他也一度写下职业生涯前27次盗垒都成功的纪录，最后他在新人王票选拿下第二名，仅次于费南多·瓦伦祖拉。

1982年，雷恩斯表现稍微下滑，[9]打击率为2成77。[10]隔年他上演90次盗垒成功，写下队史次高纪录，而单季跑回133分为队史纪录。1986年，他以3成34的打击率拿下打击王，并拿下银棒奖。

2001年5月31日，他因为肩膀受伤而到3A进行复健赛。8月21日，他和儿子雷恩斯二世成为第一对在正式棒球比赛中互相竞技的父子档(当时是3A的比赛)。[25]10月3日，博览会将雷恩斯交易到金莺。隔天金莺特别让雷恩斯和他儿子同场出赛，[26][27]让他们成为史上第二对同时以队友身份出赛的父子档。[28]

2002年，雷恩斯加盟马林鱼，他也是大联盟少数能够横跨四个年代的棒球员。他不仅是当时匹兹堡毒品审判案中最后一位退休的球员，也是最后一位在比赛中配戴无耳罩式头盔上场的球员。[29]
