普鲁士蓝 (医用)


普鲁士蓝(Prussian blue),又名六氰基铁酸钾(potassium ferric hexacyanoferrate),用于治疗铊中毒放射性铯中毒[1] [4]。铊中毒时,除了洗胃活性炭强制利尿血液透析外,也可用它来治疗[2] [5]。可以口服或鼻胃管给药[4] [5]普鲁士蓝也用于葡萄糖-6-磷酸脱氢酶缺乏症的尿液检测[6]

普鲁士蓝在 1706 年左右发现[7]。已列入世界卫生组织基本药物标准清单[8]。截至2016年 (2016-Missing required parameter 1=month!) ,仅在德国、美国和日本取得医疗使用许可[9] [10] [11]。在世界上许多地区,包括发达国家,医疗用普鲁士蓝的取得常有困难[12]
