普魯士藍（Prussian blue），又名六氰基铁酸钾（potassium ferric hexacyanoferrate），用于治疗铊中毒或放射性铯中毒[1] [4]。铊中毒時，除了洗胃、活性炭、强制利尿和血液透析外，也可用它來治療[2] [5]。可以口服或鼻胃管给药[4] [5]。普鲁士蓝也用于葡萄糖-6-磷酸脫氫酶缺乏症的尿液检测[6]。
