芬兰哲学家

海莫能（芬兰语：Pekka Himanen，1973年10月19日—），芬兰语音译为佩卡·希马宁，是芬兰哲学家。

在《黑客伦理与信息时代精神》中，海莫能试图厘清信息时代的核心，即后工业主义典范，拓展曼努埃尔·卡斯特尔的信息时代理论。[来源请求]作为工业资本主义新教伦理在信息时代的替代品，他提出黑客伦理，一种网络社群主义。信息时代的社会结构是种网络。此种网络在当代商业表现为厂商的动态外包，甚至与竞争对手的合作。根据需要和机会，网络的“结”受到刺激而活化。
