海莫能

海莫能（芬蘭語：Pekka Himanen，1973年10月19日—），芬蘭語音譯為佩卡·希馬寧，是芬蘭哲學家。

黑客倫理

在《黑客倫理與資訊年代精神》中，海莫能試圖釐清資訊年代的核心，即後工業主義典範，拓展曼努埃爾·卡斯特爾的資訊年代理論。作為工業資本主義新教倫理在資訊年代的替代品，他提出黑客倫理，一種網絡社群主義。資訊年代的社會結構是種網絡。此種網絡在當代商業表現為廠商的動態外包，甚至與競爭對手的合作。根據需要和機會，網絡的「結」受到刺激而活化。
