乌兹别克斯坦饮食

乌兹别克斯坦饮食是指乌兹别克斯坦人民的饮食习惯。 [1]乌兹别克人经常吃面包、面条以及抓饭[2] 当地人还喜欢吃羊肉牛肉吃的也比较多,有时也吃马肉以及马肉制成的香肠[3]。不过当地人不怎么吃山羊肉[4][3]苏联时代马铃薯被引入乌兹别克斯坦。[5]
