坚齿螺科
柄眼目的一科软体动物
(重定向自绒蜗牛属)
坚齿螺科(学名:Camaenidae),又名南亚蜗牛科[4][5][6][7],是旋蜗牛总科(Helicoidea)之下的一个科,全为陆生[2]会呼吸空气的有肺类腹足纲软体动物。一般常见的蜗牛大都属于本科,而本科亦是柄眼类支序中物种多样性最高的一科。

本科物种的栖息地都在东亚及澳大拉西亚的热带地区[8]。旧有文献认为肋齿螺科(Pleurodontidae)是本科的异名[4],但现时分子系统发生学已认为这两个科实属不同物种,而且地域分布亦不相同。

编辑以记录海洋物种为主的WoRMS在本科纪录有超过100个属[2];而在GBIF更是有198个属、590个物种[9]。然而本科物种的分类近三十年来的变化也颇大。
