道格拉斯·金斯伯格
道格拉斯·霍华德·金斯伯格 （英文：Douglas H. Ginsburg，1946年5月25日—），美国哥伦比亚特区联邦巡回上诉法院资深法官。1986年获总统里根提名此职。自2001年至2008年任该院首席法官。1987年10月，40岁的金斯伯格获里根提名为美国最高法院大法官，[1][2]，以填补路易斯·鲍威尔退休后的空缺。唯其早年吸食大麻一事引起政界纷争，里根撤销提名。[3][4][5]
