高硕泰

中華民國外交官

高硕泰（英语：Stanley Kao；1953年5月16日—），中华民国外交官。前中华民国驻美代表。

早期生活 编辑

高硕泰在1953年5月16日出生于台北，1975年获国立台湾大学政治学士学位、1980年获国立政治大学外交研究所硕士学位。[1][2]

职业生涯 编辑

1980年，高硕泰从政大毕业后开始在外交部工作，一开始在美国夏威夷的驻檀香山台北经济文化办事处任职，而后调至乔治亚州的驻亚特兰大代表处。[3]之后，成为驻马来西亚台北代表处顾问。1996年至1997年间，担任哈佛大学国际事务中心（英语：Center for International Affairs）研究员。[4]2000年，担任外交部北美司副司长[5]，次年晋升司长。[6]2002年，担任中华民国常驻世界贸易组织代表团副常任代表。[7]2004年，担任驻美国代表处副代表。[3]2007年11月，被任命为驻匈牙利代表[8]，并于2008年2月1日上任。[9]2010年，回国转任外交部国际合作及经济事务司司长。[10][11]2013年，被任命为驻意大利大使。[12]2016年5月23日，被任命为驻美大使[13]，于6月5日抵美，在8月2日举行宣誓仪式，直至2020年7月24日卸任。[14][15]2021年7月，接任财团法人德富文教基金会董事长，另兼任新光合纤集团资深顾问。[16]

高硕泰的妻子是宋小芬，两人并育有一女。[2][14]
