黑豹党（英语：Black Panther Party，缩写为BPP）是美国历史上的一个由非裔美国人组成的黑人民族主义和共产主义政党[1][2]。1966年，由巴比·希尔与休伊·牛顿在加州奥克兰创立，其宗旨主要为促进美国黑人的民权，另外他们也主张黑人应该有更为积极的正当防卫权利，即使使用武力也是合理的。1982年，该党解散[3]。
