哥伦比亚号航天飞机灾难
编辑2003年2月1日星期六,美国航天飞机 哥伦比亚号 在美国得克萨斯州和路易斯安那州上空重返大气层时解体,机上7名宇航员全部遇难。这是继1986年挑战者号航天飞机灾难之后,第二次以灾难告终的航天飞机任务。
中国首次载人航天任务
编辑神舟五号是中国载人航天工程的首次载人航天任务,于2003年10月15日发射。神舟飞船由长征二号F运载火箭发射。自1999年以来,神舟飞船曾进行过四次无人飞行任务。中国成为继苏联(后来的俄罗斯)和美国之后,世界上第三个拥有独立载人航天能力的国家。截至2025年,这次任务标志着人类最后一次单独乘坐飞船升空执行完全独立的轨道任务。
