施乐灵
施乐灵（英语：John James Jack Snelling）（1972年11月8日－），澳洲工党政治家、南澳州众议局议员（卑利霍选区）。曾任众议局政府代表、库务司、卫生司、艺术司等官职。

背景
编辑在进入政坛前，施乐灵曾任选举事务主任。另外曾在商店分销及同盟员工协会（SDA）工作。[1] 施乐灵亦是新闻工作者克里斯托弗·皮尔逊（Christopher Pearson）的支持者。[2]
议员生涯
编辑1997年，施乐灵以24岁之龄进入众议局，成为当时最年轻之议员。在2006至2010年间，他在麦克朗内阁时期，出任众议局发言人。他亦曾任副发言人、委员会主席。施乐灵的政治取向与工党一致。[3]
施乐灵自1997年起，在卑利霍选区多次连任。而毕芳芳（Frances Bedford）自1997年起，在芳罗里选区多次连任。
但随著南澳州选区在2016年重新分配。卑利霍选区大约三分之二的选民会被移至芳罗里选区（Florey）。[4]2017年3月15日，工党决定让施乐灵在2018年选举出战芳罗里。事后，毕芳芳感到意兴阑珊，决定退出工党；[5]但毕芳芳重申在任期内仍然继续支持工党施政。然而毕芳芳尚未决定会否以独立议员身份角逐连任。[6]
2017年3月2日，ReachTEL就芳罗里选情进行一项民意调查。33.4%受访者支持毕芳芳连任，意味著施乐灵可能在选举中落败。[7]施乐灵最后在2017年9月17日辞去所有官职，宣布放弃连任。
州长会同内阁
编辑在2010年选举后，施乐灵首次获邀进入内阁，出任就业训练及持续进修司、科学及资讯经济司、道路安全司、退伍军人事务司。[8]
因应霍理基辞去内阁成员一职，施乐灵在2011年2月8日接任库务司一职。[9]
在2014年南澳州选举后，施乐灵在韦瑟里尔内阁中，出任卫生司、精神健康及滥用药物司、艺术司、医疗产业司。
施乐灵在2017年9月17日辞去内阁所有官职，并宣布不会参与2018年选举。[10]
