水源性荨麻疹

水源性荨麻疹(Aquagenic urticaria)也称为水过敏(water allergy)或是水荨麻疹(water urticaria),是罕见的物理荨麻疹症状。有时会将水源性荨麻疹视为过敏,不过水源性荨麻疹不会有释放组织胺的过敏反应。水源性荨麻疹的症状是在皮肤接触到水时会疼痛。症状和接触到的水是温水或是冷水无关,和水中的化学物质(例如氟及氯)也无关,因为若接触蒸馏水或是生理食盐水,也会有类似症状[1]。

症状和体征
编辑水源性荨麻疹的主要症状会是出现荨麻疹,可能会痒,也可能不会可能会痒,若皮肤没有荨麻疹,接触水之后会痒,则是水源性瘙痒。水痛症则是接触水之后会疼痛的症状[来源请求][2]。
严重的水源性荨麻疹,可能会在喝水时出现口腔肿胀[3]、喉咙肿胀[4],也可能会出现过敏反应,但相当罕见[5][6][7]。
和水源性荨麻疹有关的荨麻疹多半比较小(约1–3 mm),红色或是肤色的疹子,有清楚的边缘、多半会出现在颈部、胸腹部以及手臂,不过在身体任何部份都有可能出现。若造成荨麻疹的水移除之后,疹子约在30分钟到一小时内会消退[8]。
任何种类的水都可能造成水源性荨麻疹,包括自来水、海水、游泳池的水、汗水、泪水或是唾液都可能造成水源性荨麻疹[9][10][11]。
