手胸罩
手狀胸罩術[1]（英語：Handbra）俚稱手胸罩、手掌胸罩或手形胸罩，是一種攝影姿勢，是指女性模特兒的乳頭及乳暈被模特本人或者他人以手遮擋，遮擋方式可能是用手掌，也可能是用手臂。

手掌胸罩在珍妮特·傑克遜1993年9月《滾石》雜誌上的封面照片而名聲大噪，在該張照片中，珍妮特·傑克遜上半身半裸，乳房部份被她當時的先生瑞尼·艾力臧多用手掌擋住，此照片後來被稱作「史上最受歡迎封面」。[2][3]這個姿勢為男性雜誌所慣用，例如《FHM》、《Maxim》 及《Zoo Weekly》[4][5]等偏愛穿着暴露B級片女性演員和模特兒的雜誌。[6][7][8]
1994年7月，羅納德·里根之女帕蒂·戴維斯（Patti Davis）由另外一名模特兒為她擋住乳房的照片，成為《花花公子》的封面。攝影師拉斐爾·馬左科（Rafael Mazzocc）拍攝了一組由6個女人組成的手胸罩作為2006年《運動畫刊》泳裝特刊的封面，和一張瑪莉莎·米勒用手遮住自己的胸部，以iPod擋住自己的女陰的照片作為2007年泳裝特刊的封面。[9]
有一種名為「handbra」的胸罩，模仿的就是這種攝影姿勢中，用手掌遮擋乳房的形式。[10]
一個名為「Boobs in Hand Bras」的iPhone程序展示了許多女人擺出手胸罩姿勢的照片。[11]

Recently several popular glamour magazines known as lad mags are reversing the trend by emphasizing glamour while showing less nudity, in favor of implied (covered) nudity or toplessness such as the handbra technique. Examples include FHM (For Him Magazine) and Maxim magazines, which launched in 1994 and 1995, respectively.
