茚洛秦（英語：Indeloxazine，商品名：Elen、Noin等）是一種含氮有機化合物，化學式為C₁₄H₁₇NO₂，屬於茚衍生物^[1]^[2]，1988至1998年間曾由安斯泰來製藥在日本和韓國作為抗抑鬱藥銷售，用於治療中風等腦血管疾病相關精神障礙^[3]^[4]，後因缺乏療效而退出市場^[5]。
