1989年英聯邦政府首腦會議
1989年英聯邦政府首腦會議（英語：1989 Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting）為第11次英聯邦政府首腦會議，於1989年10月18日至10月24日在馬來西亞吉隆坡舉行，由馬來西亞首相馬哈迪·莫哈末主持。
該屆峰會主要針對南非的制裁問題，由外交大臣約翰·梅傑作為代表的英國是唯一反對制裁的國家，理由是制裁對貧窮南非人的傷害遠超種族隔離制度。峰會以激烈的方式結束，英國首相瑪格麗特·撒切爾發表了第二份最終公報，表明英國反對制裁[1]。
