4-甲氧基苯乙烯(英語:4-Methoxystyrene,或稱為4-乙烯基苯甲醚4-vinylanisole,縮寫4VA)是一種不飽和芳香醚化學式CH3OC6H4CH=CH2,常溫常壓下為無色液體,可在各種食品與飲料中發現[4],能用於合成某些聚苯乙烯衍生的聚合物[5]。4VA也是蝗蟲的聚集激素,刺激蝗蟲的嗅覺受體OR35來誘導其由「散居型」轉變為「聚居型」[6]
