縮酚酸

縮酚酸（英語：Depside）是一類多酚化合物，由兩個或多個酚酸通過酯鍵形成，存在於許多維管植物中^[1]，如杜鵑花科^[2]、唇形科^[3]、罌粟科^[4]、桃金孃科^[5]等，同時許多地衣中的共生真菌也會產生縮酚酸^[6]^[7]。
