占士·加拿（英語：James Garner，本名占士·思高特·布姆加拿（James Scott Bumgarner），1928年4月7日—2014年7月19日）是一位美國電影和電視演員，他的演藝生涯超過五十年。他曾出演過五十部以上的電影。1985年，他憑藉在《墨菲羅曼史》（Murphy's Romance）中的出色表演而獲得奧斯卡最佳男主角的提名。2014年7月20日逝於洛杉磯家中自然辭世。
