奧克利·凱撒-蘇（英語：Oakley Caesar-Su；1998年6月4日—），藝名Central Cee，英國饒舌歌手。在2020年因發行單曲《Day in the Life》和《Loading》而聲名鵲起[4]。他的第一張混音帶《Wild West》於2021年3月12日發行，並在英國專輯排行榜上排名第二[5]。他的第二張混音帶《23》於2022年2月25日發行，再次並登頂英國專輯排行榜。
