俄羅斯煎餅
俄羅斯煎餅(俄語:оладьи,羅馬化:oladi;烏克蘭語:оладки,羅馬化:oladky)是俄羅斯[1][2]和烏克蘭流行的一種小而厚的薄烤餅[3][4]。俄羅斯煎餅的麵糊由小麥或蕎麥粉、雞蛋、牛奶、鹽和糖以及酵母或小蘇打製成。[5][6]有些口味的俄羅斯煎餅麵糊中還可能含有克非爾、酸乳或酸奶。 [1]俄羅斯煎餅還可能包含諸如蘋果[6]或葡萄乾之類的添加物。[6]
