延胡索酰乙酰乙酸(英語:Fumarylacetoacetic acidfumarylacetoacetate,也譯為富馬酰乙酰乙酸)是一種酪氨酸降解的代謝中間產物,分子式為C8H8O6,由馬來酰乙酰乙酸異構酶轉化4-馬來酰乙酰乙酸而來[1],再由延胡索酰乙酰乙酸水解酶(FAH)水解延胡索酸乙酰乙酸[2][3][4]
