萊拉·特列季科夫
萊拉·特列季科夫（俄語：Лайла Третиков；英語：Lila Tretikov，1978年1月25日—），又譯莉拉·崔迪科夫，出生名奧爾加·「莉亞莉亞」·阿列克謝耶芙娜·特列季亞科娃（俄語：Ольга (Ляля) Алексеевна Третьякова），前維基媒體基金會執行董事。生於蘇聯莫斯科，十幾歲時移居美國，1999年起在加州擔任軟件工程師，並且創立了一家技術營銷公司，擁有數項聯合軟件專利。作為企業級軟件專家，萊拉·特列季科夫曾經擔任SugarCRM公司的行政總裁兼工程副主席，直至2014年接任蘇·加德納維基媒體基金會行政總裁的職位。萊拉·特列季科夫因為搜尋引擎 — 維基百科知識引擎 開發和社群意見不同，以及過程中一度否認沒有此計劃等問題，已在2016年2月25日提出辭職[1]，會在3月31日生效[2]。

早年
編輯1978年1月25日，特列季科夫在莫斯科出生[3][4]，父親是數學家，母親是電影製片人[5]。16歲她搬到紐約，在加州大學伯克利分校勤工儉學，學習英語，贏得學位後離開[6]。她學的是計算機科學和美術專業，還研究機器學習[6]。
生涯
編輯1999年，特列季科夫在昇陽電腦開啟了她的職業生涯，擔任昇陽-網景聯盟（Sun-Netscape Alliance）工程師，致力於Java伺服器。後來她創辦了技術營銷公司GrokDigital，而後被任命為SugarCRM的首席信息官兼副總工程師[7]。
2012年，她獲得史蒂夫大獎商業服務-11至2500名員工-計算機軟硬件類年度女性執行官銅獎[8]。
2014年5月，她接任了蘇·加德納在維基媒體基金會的執行董事職位[9][10][11][12]，6月1日上任。特列季科夫的任命備受維基百科志願者的爭議，在任命之前，她僅編輯過維基百科一次[a][b][c]。她在智能數據映射和動態語言應用程式方面有多項共有專利[13][15]。她是OpenEd[16]和Rackspace公司的董事[17]，也是Zamurai公司的董事會顧問。
