酮啡諾

酮啡諾（INN：ketorfanol；開發代號：SBW-22）是一種嗎啡喃家族的阿片類鎮痛藥，在動物試驗中被發現具有「有效的抗扭體活性」，但從未上市。[1][2]它是嗎啡喃的17-環烷基甲基衍生物，因此在結構上與布托啡諾、賽克羅酚、奧昔啡烷、普羅啡烷和佐爾啡諾密切相關，它們優先充當κ-阿片受體激動劑，並在較小程度上充當μ-阿片受體部分激動劑/拮抗劑。[3]
