1876年上诉司法管辖权法令
《1876年上诉司法管辖权法令》(英语:Appellate Jurisdiction Act 1876;39 & 40 Vict c 59)是英国国会的一项法令,变更了上议院的司法职能,准许高级法官以终身贵族的身份成为上议院议员,称为常任上诉法官(Lords of Appeal in Ordinary),简称上院法官(Law Lords)。[4]1876年10月16日,科林·布莱克本获委任成为首位常任上诉法官,并成为布莱克本勋爵。

该法令由《2005年宪制改革法令》[5]废除,新法令将上议院的司法职能移交予英国最高法院,原首席常任上诉法官(Senior Lord of Appeal in Ordinary)的职位由英国最高法院院长取代。英国在设立最高法院后,不再委任常任上诉法官。最后一位常任上诉法官布赖恩·科尔爵士于2009年6月29日获委任。
