2012年欧洲超级杯（2012 UEFA Super Cup）是由欧洲足总举办的第37届欧洲超级杯足球赛，在2012年8月31日摩纳哥路易二世体育场上演，由2011/12赛季欧洲冠军联赛冠军切尔西和2011/12赛季欧洲联赛冠军体育马德里进行对决。[5]
