產業工聯主義
產業工聯主義（英語：Industrial unionism）是一種工會組織方法。通過該方法，來自同一行業的所有工人無論技能或行業如何，都納入同一個工會中，從而使一個行業或所有行業的工人在談判和罷工局勢中獲得更多的籌碼。美國社會主義活動家丹尼爾·德萊昂認為，軍事化的產業工會將成為階級鬥爭的工具[1][2]。
產業工聯主義與行會工聯主義不同，後者是按照工人的具體行業來組織工會。
