全國民主運動（他加祿語：Kilusan para sa Pambansang Demokrasya；英語：National Democracy Movement）是菲律賓的一個左翼傘狀政治聯盟，包含眾多進步政治團體。該聯盟起源於1960年代末—1970年代初的反對當時的菲律賓總統馬科斯實行的獨裁統治的鬥爭。該聯盟的意識形態為社會主義、共產主義、進步主義、左翼民族主義、反帝國主義[1][2][3]。
