《告示牌》音樂界中的女性（英語：Billboard Women in Music），又稱告示牌女性音樂獎，是《告示牌》舉辦的年度活動。其主要獎項名為「年度女性」，據該雜誌稱，設立該獎項是為了表彰「對音樂行業做出重大貢獻的女性，以及通過她們的努力和持續的成功，激勵更多女性在該領域承擔越來越多的責任」[1]。泰勒絲是該活動中獲獎最多的女性，獲得了三項獎項（兩項年度女性獎以及一項十年女性獎）。
