司徒宇斌

新加坡政治人物

司徒宇斌（英語：Sitoh Yih Pin，1963年12月2日—），新加坡華裔政治人物，人民行動黨黨員。他是波東巴西單選區（英語：Potong Pasir Single Member Constituency）的國會議員[1]，同時是新加坡會計公司Nexia TS公共會計公司的主席[2]。

會計生涯 編輯

1987年，司徒宇斌憑會計學士學位畢業於新加坡國立大學，是新加坡和澳大利亞的註冊特許會計師（英語：Charted accountant），曾任畢馬威審計經理，之後於1993年創辦Nexia TS公共會計公司（Nexia TS Public Accounting）[3]。

政治生涯 編輯

司徒宇斌於2001年首次踏足政界，代表人民行動黨挑戰自1984年起一直擔任波東巴西單選區議員的詹時中，最終以47.6%的得票數告負[4]。2006年，他再度挑戰詹時中，又以44.2%的票數告負。到了2011年，服務波東巴西選區27年的詹時中轉戰碧山-大巴窯集選區，但失敗，而司徒宇斌的對手變成了詹時中的妻子羅文麗（英語：Lina Chiam）。兩人的對決是2011年選戰中結果最近的一場，司徒以114張票50.36%的投票率勝出[5]。2011年5月9日，司徒正式出任國會議員。2015年大選中，他成功留任[6]。2017年1月，司徒入選行動黨中委會[7]。

司徒宇斌目前擔任波東巴西市鎮會主席及波東巴西草根組織顧問[8]，也是人民行動黨社群基金會執行成員[9]。
