嘔吐石
嘔吐石(英語:Antozonite),曾被稱為臭螢石[1] ,是一種放射性螢石,最早於1841年在巴伐利亞Wölsendorf發現[2],並在1862年命名。[3]
它的特點是存在多種含氟的包裹體。[4]當晶體被破碎時,氟會釋放出來。據推測,鈾包裹體產生的β粒子會不斷將氟化鈣分解成鈣和氟原子。氟原子結合產生二氟陰離子,並在缺陷處失去多餘電子後形成氟。[5][6]氟隨後與大氣中的氧氣和水蒸汽反應,產生臭氧(其特徵氣味,最初誤認為是稱為Antozone的假想物質,也是礦物名稱的由來)和氟化氫。
