《童話小鎮－愛麗絲重遊仙境》（英語：Once Upon a Time in Wonderland）是一部奇幻電視劇，由愛德華·基迪斯（英語：Edward Kitsis）和亞當·霍洛維茨（英語：Adam Horowitz (screenwriter)）基於《愛麗絲夢遊仙境》創造的，該劇亦是《童話小鎮》的衍生劇。於2013年10月10日在美國廣播公司開始逢星期四8:00播出[1]。台灣於2014年2月12日起於Star World首播。

故事發生在維多利亞時代的英格蘭，愛麗絲聲稱在能通過一個兔子洞到達另一個世界，周圍的人都不相信她還有人認為她瘋了，她的醫生通過各種治療方法希望能讓她忘記這一切。在那個世界她愛上了神秘的賽勒斯，而她也知道自己再也沒有機會見到賽勒斯了，正當愛麗絲準備放下這一切的時候紅心騎士和白兔子先生趕來，並帶她一同前往那個世界。[3]

2013年2月22日有報導稱美國廣播公司（ABC）在打算開發《童話小鎮》衍生劇，講述在電視劇童話里瘋帽子先生的故事，該報導還指出由於在童話小鎮里飾演該角色的演員賽巴斯汀·史坦檔期很緊因此會更換演員[5][6]；隨後在2013佩利電視節上創作人否認了這個計劃[7]。

2013年3月18日有報導稱ABC在為童話小鎮的衍生劇招募演員，根據招募的角色可能是講述《愛麗絲夢遊仙境》的故事[8]，3月19日ABC、ABC電視製片公司和製片人扎克·埃斯特林（英語：Zack Estrin）、簡·埃斯本森（英語：Jane Espenson）簽署的協議標誌著衍生劇進入到正式開發階段，衍生劇的主人公是《愛麗絲夢遊仙境》中的愛麗絲[9][10]。

2013年5月10日ABC正式預定本劇[11][12]。

2013年3月28日宣布蘇菲·露（英語：Sophie Lowe）將飾演主角愛麗絲、彼得·戈多（英語：Peter Gadiot）飾演愛麗絲的愛情對象賽勒斯而麥可·索恰扮演紅心騎士[13][14]。

2013年4月3日艾瑪·里格比（英語：Emma Rigby）參演本片飾演紅王后[13]。

2013年5月10日ABC宣布約翰·李斯高將擔任本片角色白兔子先生的配音[15]，這個配音工作原本是由保羅·魯本斯（英語：Paul Reubens）擔任的[16][17]。
