奧斯卡·柯克塔

奧斯卡·柯克塔[7][8]（英語：Oscar Kerketta，1963年9月27日—），印度外交官，曾任印度駐盧安達高級專員、印度駐愛丁堡總領事等職務。

1963年9月27日奧斯卡·柯克塔生於印度蘭契。[9][10]他擁有社會學碩士學位。[11]

1987年，加入印度外事服務部。[9][10][11]1989年至1991年，在香港擔任三等秘書，並學習普通話。1991年至1993年，在印度駐中華人民共和國大使館任二等秘書，處理政治和商業事務。1997年至2000年，在印度駐波蘭大使館任職。2000年至2003年，在印度駐德國大使館任職。2006年至2009年，在印度駐尚比亞大使館任職。2009年至2012年，在印度駐瑞典大使館任職。2012年12月7日至2016年，任印度駐愛丁堡總領事。[10][11]在外交部總部，於1993年至1997年處理領事事務以及與鄰國（尤其是孟加拉國、斯里蘭卡、緬甸和馬爾地夫）關係事務，2003年至2006年任職於南亞區域合作聯盟司副司長，[11]2018年4月至8月擔任印度外交學院輔祕。[10]

印度原本在盧安達無常駐高級專員公署，盧安達事務由印度駐烏干達高級專員兼管。2018年印度總理莫迪宣布將在非洲開設18個新的外交使團，其中就包括盧安達。[12]2018年8月1日，柯克塔被任命爲下一任印度駐盧安達高級專員。[13]8月15日就任。[10][14]2018年12月5日，向盧安達總統遞交國書。[15][16]柯克塔是印度在盧安達開設高級專員公署後首任常駐高級專員。[15][17]2023年離任。[18]
