理察·懷特 (歷史學家)
理察·懷特（英語：Richard White，1947年5月28日—）是一位美國歷史學家，史丹福大學教授，主要研究美國鍍金時代、鐵路、資本主義和環境史[1]。懷特在1992年和2012年兩次獲得弗朗西斯·帕克曼獎，1995年獲得麥克阿瑟獎[2]，2016年成為美國哲學會會士[3]。主要作品有《中間地帶：大湖區的印第安人、帝國和共和國：1650-1815年》（The Middle Ground: Indians, Empires, and Republics in the Great Lakes Region, 1650-1815）等。
