切爾西預備隊及青訓學院
切爾西預備隊是英超俱樂部切爾西足球俱樂部的預備隊，目前於英格蘭最高組別的預備隊賽事英超2級聯賽中比賽[1]。 切爾西預備隊曾在2013–14賽季和2019–20賽季兩奪預備隊聯賽冠軍。 預備隊的成員主要為俱樂部21歲以下的球員。部分一隊的球員，尤其是剛傷愈的，亦會於預備隊的比賽中出場以保持狀態。現時預備隊的總教練為Mark Robinson[2]。

切爾西青訓學院運作多支青訓隊伍，從9歲以下梯隊到23歲以下梯隊。切爾西18歲以下梯隊（U-18）於英超U-18聯賽和足協青年盃比賽[2]。切爾西U-18曾9次奪得足協青年盃[3]，包括於2014年至2018年，連奪5次冠軍。 切爾西亦是唯一一隊曾打入歐洲青年聯賽決賽的英格蘭球隊，並曾奪得兩屆冠軍。現時U-18的總教練為Hassan Sulaiman[4]。
球員發展總監Neil Bath現為切爾西青訓學院負責人，負責青年隊的日常運作[5]。
主場
編輯預備隊曾使用艾迪索特鎮足球俱樂部的遊樂場球場作為主場[6]。切爾西於2015年11月從AFC溫布爾登買下金斯梅多球場擁有權後[7]，切爾西女子隊於2017年開始與AFC溫布爾登共用金斯梅多球場[8]。從2020-21球季開始，因AFC溫布爾登遷出，預備隊亦開始使用金斯梅多作為主場[9]。 U-18隊則使用球隊位於舒梨郡科巴姆區的科巴姆訓練基地作為主場[1]。預備隊和U-18隊亦會使用母隊的史丹佛橋球場，作為重要賽事的主場。
