叙利亚西北部攻势 (2019年12月-2020年3月)

2019年12月叙利亚西北部攻势，代号“伊德利卜黎明2号”，[8]是叙利亚政府与其盟友于2019年12月发起的一项军事行动，[29]试图从反对派手上收复伊德利卜省和周边地区。叙军于2019年12月19日开始攻势后，已造成约100万人流离失所。[30][31]

叙利亚反对派于2018年在叙利亚西南部连吃败仗被迫撤离后，只剩下在西北部以伊德利卜省和阿勒颇省为主的地盘。当地有获得土耳其支持的自由叙利亚军与沙姆解放组织两支主要反政府武装，以及约300万名平民。[32][33]

叙政府军于2019年4月在西北部发动新攻势，经过历时数月的战斗后，成功收复哈马省部分地区和伊德利卜省南部部分地区。叙政府企图打通重要的M4公路和M5公路，并收复剩余的反政府军控制区，于是在2019年12月在西北部再发动新攻势。[32]

过程 编辑

俄土停火 编辑

根据一位俄罗斯少将的说法，为该地区的许多反政府军提供支持的土耳其已于2019年12月下旬至2020年1月上旬达成停火协议。 2020年1月9日，在伊德利卜降级区实行了停火。土耳其已派遣代表团前往莫斯科，在该地区建立新的停火协议。[34]土耳其国防部宣布，停火将于1月12日生效，并表示叙利亚和俄罗斯的地面和空中袭击将在午夜过后一分钟停止。[35]停火旨在阻止来自伊德利卜的难民涌入，并允许向该地区提供人道主义援助。[36]

在促成的停火生效前一天的2020年1月11日，安萨尔·塔维德（英语：Ansar al-Tawhid）发布了一段视频，内容是使用先前从叙利亚军队手中俘获的重型机枪对伊德利卜省东南部的政府阵地进行机械攻击。据报导，该组织还伏击了一辆载有政府官员的车辆，并成功占领了政府军的一个阵地，在此过程中缴获了一些轻型武器。[4]

2020年1月15日，叙军与盟友在伊德利卜省南部再度开始攻势。1月16日，叙军在伊德利卜省东南部收复Talkhatra、Abu Jurayf和Khirbat Dawud三个城镇。反对派其后夺回Abu Jurayf。1月17日，反对派攻占Tal Musaytif。1月22日晚，数百名突厥斯坦伊斯兰党武装分子分两路攻击叙军，造成多达50名武装分子和近40名叙军士兵丧生。[37]

收复马雷特努曼 编辑

在阿勒颇前线，以第4装甲师为主力的叙军于2020年1月25日对阿勒颇西郊的反对派展开新攻势，但进展不大。

1月24日至26日期间，叙军收复马雷特努曼郊区的8个村镇，距离马雷特努曼不足1公里。1月28日，叙军攻入马雷特努曼。1月29日，SOHR宣称反对派仍控制伊德利卜省57%领土。[38]

收复萨拉基卜 编辑

2月5日，叙军收复约20个定居点，包括Resafah，已三面包围萨拉基卜。

2月6日，第25特别任务师攻占Afs，完成对萨拉基卜的包围。

打通M5公路 编辑

2月7日，叙军收复在阿勒颇西南郊的Zaytan、Birnah、Makhalah等城镇。

2月8日，在萨拉基卜以北的叙军成功越过M5公路抵达阿勒颇省西南郊，是2013年以来首次。

反对派反攻萨拉基卜 编辑

2月25日，叙利亚空军攻击在塔夫塔纳兹军用机场（英语：Taftanaz Military Airbase）的土耳其部队，未有造成伤亡。[39]亲反对派媒体表示叙政府军攻占Sheikh Dames和Sheikh Mustafa。[40]

2月26日，叙军于60小时内在伊德利卜省和哈马省收复33个村镇。[41]土耳其外交部表示有2名土军士兵丧生。[42]

得到土耳其增援的反对派向萨拉基卜发动反攻，于2月27日再次攻占萨拉基卜，再次切断M5公路。[43][44]亲政府部队在加卜平原和Zawiya山区收复20个村庄，完全控制加卜平原南部和整个哈马省。[12]同日在伊德利卜省拜尔云（英语：Balyun）哨站的土耳其军队遭到空袭，造成至少36名士兵丧生。[45]

3月1日，土耳其国防部长宣布已于2月27日展开针对叙利亚巴沙尔政府的“春之盾行动”，并宣称截至此刻已清除[b]2,212名巴沙尔政权士兵，摧毁103辆坦克及8架直升机等。[46]同日叙利亚宣布关闭该国西北部地区空域。宣称擅闯该空域的飞机或无人机会被击落>[47]。

3月2日，叙军在俄军空中支援下收复萨拉基卜。[48][49]

3月4日，土耳其军方宣称“春之盾行动”已清除3,138名巴沙尔政权士兵，摧毁151辆坦克和47门榴弹炮等。[50]

俄土二次停火 编辑

3月5日，俄罗斯总统普京在莫斯科与到访的土耳其总统埃尔多安举行会谈，双方就叙利亚伊德利卜省停火问题达成协议，伊德利卜地区的停火将于2020年3月6日00:00生效。[51]。

第二天，叙利亚人权观察站报导说，叙利亚政府军与叛乱圣战分子在贾巴尔·扎维耶发生了战斗，造成土耳其斯坦伊斯兰党的9名战士和6名政府军丧生。[52]

SOHR报导说，叙利亚军队于3月8日无争议地占领了Marat Mukhus和al-Bureij村庄，叙利亚军队在Kafr Nalb附近取得了进展，[53]但是当天晚些时候，叛军重新占领了这些地区。[54]
