专辑标题是艾波写的一首诗，用以回应读者的负面反应及《Spin》杂志对她的一篇封面故事。[7]《华盛顿邮报的理查德·哈灵顿（Richard Harrington）把专辑称为是艾波版本的恰巴王八（英语：Chumbawamba）歌曲《I get knocked down, but I get up again（英语：Tubthumping）》。[7]“专辑标题来自受到的嘲笑”，她说道，“然后，毋庸置疑地，它成了让我被嘲笑的一件事。”[8]
